Procured and utilized a state-sponsored economic development grant to fund a market study for a new industrial application for a $6.5 MM company’s unique technology. Developed a market entry strategy and positioning, and provided training to client’s staff on a new market development process. Assisted with the preparation of an economic development loan proposal to support the development of this new market.

Assisted the new owner of a $1.6 MM manufacturer of laminated composites to develop a marketing plan to expand the business. Identified a new approach to marketing these customized materials that allowed the client to differentiate their business from competitors. Identified additional market for client’s products and developed segment entry plan.
